SWC now Questionable?

Seems to me that they are "stealing" a lot of designs/ideas and just adding their name to it.

for example:

There are a few others like this as well. What do you all think?

This is interesting. One of our sponsers, SWCskimmers.com is a licensed importer/distributor from the Canadian line of these skimmers. I don't know if the Canadian manufacturer licensed another distributor for the skimmers or not. Their user names are Coloradoreef and Mikejrice. I did not mean Elite Reef doing it. I meant the SWC company itself. I The SWC site I linked to is the company's actual webpage. They still have the aptasia zapper for sale as well. Our sponsor is awesome.

 

Did you ever think they might be purchasing the hardware legally for their rebranding and sale? I believe that is the case here with the LED. I asked OC Reef some time ago.

I assumed there was just a bunch of Chinese companies that crank these things out, then sell them to companies and let them rebrand them. You see that alot in this business, example vertex and icecap.

 

That is what I am hoping to find out with this thread.
