I have to respectfully disagree! If you have both feet in-bounds then you are in. I don't like the outcome of the play as I was rooting for the cards but you have to give it to the Steelers, unfortunately (besides that horrible roughing the passer call!!)

I have to disagree on all terms. I don't like the Colts, although I do respect them. They're a good organization. Last years superbowl was TERRIBLE(again, Pats fan). The Steelers can thank Tom Brady for being out for the season, but next year we're back and goin for the title ;D.

I think the entire sound crew should be shot. If you didn't already know the song, you couldn't even make out what he was singing. Someone at the superbowl party said, "Maybe we should bring back lip-synching"

Yup, NFL wants to play it safe. WTF, seriously you have player bashing heads, blowing knees, & if you can read lips you see players swearing from time to time! So you have one nip slip & the NFL & FCC goes crazy. Though I thought the Prince playing the guitar behind a curtain at a Half Time Show not too long ago was priceless!!

I was talking to my GF about tonight. The NFL tells the stadiums what music they can play from what artists. Then those should be the artists that play at the Half Time Show. Should be more than one also.

Yup me too. 11 & 5 and with a backup QB with about a quarter of our starting player out for the season & we don't make it to the playoffs. This year was the only time in my life I was cheering the Jets to win against Miami. Pats fan present, Eric Mangini got fired & Miami lost!

Please don't bring up last year! I still have nightmares. I swear we lost that on purpose. If we won, the whole spygate would still be an issue. We loose, everyone forgets. That's what I think, they lost that game on purpose..

His feet would have come down flat inbounds if he wasn't tackled. I think when you are getting tackled in the air getting your toe down before you fly out of bounds is enough.

Also in triple coverage? It was an amazing catch on an amazing play and deserved a touchdown.

Actually, in college and below (high school, pop warner, etc), you only have to have one foot inbounds for it to count. At least for the last 20 years or so ;)

What ever happened to the bud bowl?

...and the commercials have also been on a decline lately. We all liked the crystal ball one though.

They replaced the bud bowl with the Animal Planet puppy foot ball game and the Kittens half time show... lol

on the toes inbound, meh... flat foot wins in my book, and it looked like he only had one foot touching to me and the other was ontop of that.. but oah well. not worth crying about - cause I did not really care about it this year.. The only thing the superbowl means to me is it's a reminder that in 2 weeks NASCAR starts.

    ;)
