    Hey guys, im from india and finally we now have an official hydor dealer in my country along with ro which was there since many years.

    My tank will be approx 650 liters including sump, and im not intrested in a refugium, though i might add a small space for bully fish or frags or might add a reugium.. still confused.

    i only have 25 inches of height under the tank for my sump. So skimmers that wud fit are SRO 2000int and hydor performer 150/800.

    Pros of sro 2000int :

    * best money can buy
    * rated for 1200ltr
    * huge cup
    * operates using just 1 pump

    Cons of sro 2000 int

    * works only at 6" water level
    * cant add it before refugium for the above reason.
    * can create issues of over flowing when the return pump shuts.

    Pros of hydor performer 150/800

    * can operate at any any water level
    * can add before refugium
    * sleek
    * rated for 750 to 950ltr

    Cons of hydor performer

    * need extra dedicated pump for it
    * no idea about which pump wud work for it
    * cannot find any1 using it on youtube
    * not much experience
    * small cup

    You can add a float switch in you skimmer cup to shut down when full. I had a friend do that and it works great.

    Heres a video of one
