I am in the process of setting up a 150 gal DT and have a 30 gal tank that I am thinking of using as a sump. Is this big enough to divide into a skimmer/return/fuge type set up or do I need something a bit larger. My tank is not drilled so I will be using an overflow box.

Agreed 100%. Get the largest sump you can afford/handle/install. You will NOT kick yourself for having too much room in the future. A 30 gallon for a 150 is a bit undersized IMO. Especially to divide into three chambers for a 150 gallon tank.

    Hope this helps . . .
