    So is there any special trick to making the stupid things stick?? lol I have suction cups tat hold up my heater and my thermometer and they keep falling off! I pushed them hard against the glass, and even tried like holding them there for a minute. but they wont stay. theres no water in the tank yet. Im just getting set up

    wet the glass and the suction cup if not already done so.

    if that dosent work trial and error IMO lol

    +1 to that. They need to be wet(on both surfaces), otherwise they will not stick.

    lol yep did that same thing when i got mine and couldent figure it out untile my wife came and showed me the trick lol.

    If you don't plan on moving them around, put a dab of silicone caulk on them and they will stay in place.
