    Hey guys,

I'm newer to the hobby and wanted to run my stocking list by some people to see what they thought. My tank is a 29 gallon, however, it has the wet/dry bio ball set up inside the tank negating probably 10 gallons or so. I'm basically just using this area to house all my equipment such as my skimmer, heaters, etc.

I figure I really only have about 20 gallons of usable space. I'd like to eventually add low light requiring corals, but currently I just have a 18" marineland led lighting system, so corals that need lots of light are out of the question.

That said, here is the plan:

    1x yellowtail damsel
    2x ocellaris clownfish
    ±3x nassarius snails
    ±7x trochus snails
    1x coral banded shrimp
    varius leather, mushroom, xenia, etc

Any thoughts or critiques would be much appreciated!

It stinks...just kidding,I would skip the damsel though and go with a small less agressive fish.

Yeah I was actually thinking about that, and unfortunately I have already added the damsel. I'm pretty sure my water parameters are good right now, but I wanted to add a cheap fish just to be sure and they're only $4 or so. Gotta deal with it now! Will it be a major issue with the ocellaris?

Could be a problem in a small tank, you could just try it for a while and see how it goes.If you don't have corals yet it wouldn't be too hard to remove some rock and catch it if you want to return it.

Hmm perhaps I'll just do that. I don't plan on adding corals for a few more weeks. I'd like to get the fish and the cuc in there asap though.
