Does this sound like a good list of fish for a 75 gallon?

    1 yellow tang
    1 Bristletooth tomini tang
    2 ocellaris clownfish
    3 blue/green chromis
    1 royal gamma basslet
    1 yellow clown goby
    1 tail spot blenny
and maybe a lawnmower blenny to clean-do you think these help much?

It will have an octopus recirculating skimmer rated for 125 gallons and a 30 gallon sump. Thank you!

I think that looks very doable. The two tangs may push it a bit, but if you add them together as juvis I think you will be ok.

I would stick with just the Tomini tang and drop the yellow. I think you're in the higher end of bioloads for a 75g personally, even after removing the yellow tang from the list, but probably would work with adequate filtration and a good nutrient removal system and good aeration.

Also having the bristletooth and the lawnmower blenny might be a little redundant if that's what you're stocking them for is eating up little bits of algae.

If you have the bristletooth tang you probably don't need the lawnmower blenny, unless you want a lawnmower because they are cute. Definitely like your picks of the royal gramma (my favorite fish in my tank) and the tail spot blenny; those are really neat fish.

I think your ok with this mix but as prior reefers said make sure you have good filtration.

I would do one tang, either or. Besides that, it looks good. Just keep in mind that if you don't have a lot of algae in the tank, then you will need to supplement the tang and the blenny.

If I was going to have both of the tangs what filtration would you suggest besides a protein skimmer and 30 gallon sump/refugium?

To me the nutrients are the easiest thing to deal with with a large skimmer and refugium, I would be more concerned with oxygen levels and aggression/territoriality as the tangs grow to full size. Those are pretty difficult to adjust.

I see what you're saying, if I didn't have the bristletooth toimi tang could I replace it with some more smaller fish?

Everything is relative. With a 75 gal tank I would go with smaller fish if possible. Your bioload is one thing but the fish that you know going in will grow too big then you'd better prepare to either move up in tank size or plan on trying to get the big fish out of a reef when the time comes. That can be an immotional experience to say the least. I remember my 65 gal tank and how my corals and fish outgrew it in no time at all. As they say a lot on 3reef "just go slow" I didn't get any tangs until I moved up in size.
