Probably copepods or baby amphipods, both are good for your tank. They will become food, and will clean your sand.

They are just another part of your tank that is teeming with life! Such a diversity that helps with the self contained symmetry provided and is evident in a reef environment. Copepods are completely harmless, atleast the one in your picture. The provide food for fish and invertebrates as well as help in reducing detritus, consuming uneaten food and microalgae!

And they taste great too!...at least...to the fish they do...*ahem* Oh come on, you know, spring break and the bottle of copepods was RIGHT in front of me, who wouldn't? :D
