snail still doing well, was caught in two minds about removing whilst cycling this tank
but decided to leave it in there and added double dose of nutrafin cycle to take the edge of the conditions

have added a small frag of green Zoanthids (5 polyps) this morning and these are already opening within a couple of hours

I have , blues, reds, greens (2 different greens with different coloured centres , and pinks, and some orange centred reds and green centre reds
so a few different colours and Ill do several small rocks with 5 or 6 heads on and place randomly so the colours get mixed up a bit

I wish I had zoas to frag, but my Masked Rabbit ate all 5 colonies in the 150. Not his fault, Mine. I took a gamble and lost. Part of the reason i started the Pico. This is so cool that all 3 of ours started at the same time. Also a shout out to the other Picos on this site. they also were an inspiration to start mine.

diatoms now in full effect, rusty sand bed and rockwork
snail is still motoring around the tank so Im doing an Astra cycle this time and going to leave him there

added a heater thermostat tank was dropping to 23 at night, so set it for 25 and its been constant at that since

using a 25 watt heater/ seems tiny compared to the 300 and 200 watt models Im used to in larger set ups

Zoanthid frag back out until the cocoa powder period is finished
