I received my photon24 from reefbreeders yesterday ( props to Logan at reefbreeders for answering my questions quickly and shipping quickly... Took 9 days from placing order til fed ex showed up)
Question is I am switching from a coral life fixture that has a single 10k mh bulb 2 65w power compact actinics that have about 8 months on them(decided to replace fixture instead of bulbs) and want to know what I should start my new led fixture out at as far as max intensity... I was thinking 50% on both channels for a week then raise 5% each channel a week til I get to my final setting? Oh and livestock is frogspawn, torch coral, wellsophyllia, RBTA, hammer coral, some zoas, candy cane, plate coral, 1 chalice and 1 sps(but forgot what it's called)

Start lower than 50%. I'd recommend 30-35%. Since you described bulbs being old I would start at a low intensity and work your way up.

With the old bulbs I'd figure i need to start a little lower as well.... Do you think that 1 week would be a good time frame in between ramp up??

That should be fine. How deep is your tank? And what kind of optics did you get?
