    I have been working at this for a good week now and just cant get my pulses in unison!

    any tips or tricks to get it perfected?
    anyone ever tried to use a sine equation to calculate? (<-- engineers out there)

    Are you trying to sync up to non-wireless versions?

    alright so heres details:
    tank is 31"
    i have two mp20 in the tank but i wanted to keep one for laminar and random flow and the other for the wave action (because waves dont really move the water around in and through the column all that much, just like that back and forth pattern).

    I could go with a standing wave or just one that bounces off the opposite wall and then is cancelled out by a new wave... which is better?

    figured it out. there is a mathematical equation behind it... and its quite complex!
    but luckily it can be simplified to simple math :)

    v = f * λ
    where v is 1m/s in water, f is the travel length in inches x 2.54cm^3 over 100 (to get meters) and wavelength is what you solve for to find your period.
    example: 1 = (31*2.54)/100 * λ ............ λ = 1.27 seconds (for me)

    I timed it to as close to 1.27 seconds as i possibly could and low and behold I now have WAVES!!!
