Stand seems flimsy - 180g AGA

Depends on who's building it... spec builders, for sure....but never give an Engineer a $1,000,000 budget and a list of building supplies. You'll get a house that would server as a bomb shelter disguised as the offspring of a art museum that mated with a steel mill.

With 3 phase power in the bathrooms.

On the stand issue... I think I might be able to convince said builders of strange factory cum residence to "scrap" some structural steel for me, and I'll weld up a frame that won't need extra supports. Now to look up load bearing calcs for steel.... the stand is too short anyways, 29"... I want 32" ...
