    Hello guys,
I'm looking at getting a new skimmer for NEW 84 al Long with a heavy bio load
    ( don't get me wrong I love my sc-150 )
But I don't think it will kept up for the new tank and load.
    That being said

Do you think a SRO 3000 will be to much for a 84 Long ? Do you think I should just stick to the SRO 2000?
    Thank
    Nick

Depending on your sump size maybe even a 1000, a 3000 is definitely too big.

I have the room for a 2000 I thought the 3000 might be to large but it's only 50$ more so I thought I'd ask for your all opinions on it.

go with the 2000 the 3000 is to big for you.. Also what is the water depth of your sump. Those SRO 2000/3000 require 6-6.5in water depth
