i just noticed a bubble on one of my sps coral. i am attaching a pic so everyone can see. this is the first time i have seen it on a coral. did research on the internet and all i can come up with is coral tissue bubble.
as it is, it is a bubble on the tissue of the sps. at first i thought it could be a AEFW but the more i look at it it moves with the water flow and the bubble is spreading.
does anybody have any info on this? thanks in advance.

I have seen this before but I don't remember where or what you should do for it. I would be tempted to frag of the the portion of the coral with the bubble to isolate it.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
There have been a couple threads on RC, no one ever nailed it down that I can remember.

On one of the threads the acropora was really affected and it eventually resolved after some time if I remember correctly.

I will see if I can find the thread, it was several months ago.

I agree, if you're worried about it, I would frag the piece off that has that and see what happens. If it works itself out you have a frag to trade, on the other hand if it ends up being something bad and kills it off, you wont lose the whole colony.
