    i create waves in my tank for the sound..!! aren't corals used to the sound waves of waves.....lol also the ever so slightly change in current that waves make.

    I dont know if they hear sound but they are responsive to pressure changes and the light ripple effect is important to them also

    i agree when i put the wave maker in my tank pepped up it also did create a ripple effect that creates a natural look .......got to say i love it!
