    in the middle of my frogspawn theres like this little hole and it has like a hand that comes out and pulses like a xenia allmost looks like half a feather duster but looks more like a hand opening and closeing and its white anywon ever heard or now what it is and is it bad or good>?

    most likely a type of barnacle, probably a gooseneck. For the longest time i thought it was a type of feeding hand or something, till a LFS pointed me in the right direction. Harmless btw and cool to watch.

    Ya. AGREED. We have them on our mushroom rock. Its like a little "High-five hand" reaching out. I love it. Ours eats little mysis shrimp too. Very entertaining.
