I just happened to see this in the corner of the tank this morning, no idea what it is. Looks like some sort of worm. Should I get that out of there?

Looks like a bristle worm. Very rare to see one outside of a piece of LR.Some people consider them a nuisance(as some can grow very large) others consider them a great addition to the CUC. They also bore holes in LR making them more porous.(which is good) Large ones should not be captured by hand due to their sharp pincher teeth and setae which can puncture the skin .Ouch!!!!!Good luck!
    Heres a good link.

+1 on the bristle worm i have them in my tank they are an eyesore sometimes but they do a good job at cleaning. If you break it it will become two worms and like vinny said if you touch it the bristles can stab you and kinda like pompass grass .

Definately a bristle worm. They usually aren't a problem except that they can get quite large. I don't mind small ones in my tank as they are great detritus eaters and also eat left over food, but I always take out the really large ones when I see them, which isn't very often at all.

I trapped one by using a RED light, apparently they can't see RED so it makes it a whole lot easier at night.
