As you can see from their tail fins, him and the hippo nip eachother every once in a while if I let them get hungry...mostly the hippo nips at other fish if he's hungry and it seems like he's always hungry.

You have a really nice tank! :) Hope mine will become as nice as yours. I see lots of growth.

On a side note, what camera are you using?

Thanks. I'm starting to get bored with it, need to try out some new corals or something. I wish I could change my scape but most of my rocks are anchored below the sandbed by acrylic rods. If you keep up on your water parms given time your tank will get there.

I'm using a Nikon D80, I don't use it enough, just playing around with it now because I got a new lens.

I have a Nikon coolpix p90. It's nice , but I kinda wish I had gotten an slr just so I can change lenses.

Awesome colors. I'm running a similar light setup: 2 ATI Blue+, 2 ATI Aquablues, 1 UVL Sa, 1 KZ FJ, since I've got 2 nems and 3 clams I really need the highest PAR possible, so I believe this is it for me.

I've had these lamps a few months now, and there's fluorescence now in certain tissues that were kinda drab before.

I like the fact that you run a spacious 50gal sump on a 75 DT, that really helps with water quality. If I could get a 50 breeder in my parabolic bowfront stand, I would.

Yeah, I like my current bulb combination, I like the blue/purple look of the Blue+ off-set by the fiji purple. My lighting setup is nothing fancy or expensive but the bulbs make a hugh difference.

The 55g sump is very convenient then it comes to maintenance, I would recommend a big sump to anyone that has the space.

I still have my fuji S7000 point & shoot, but I've never used it since I got the SLR, being able to switch lens is great but I'm learning it's an expensive habit (or as I like to call it, hobby :) ).
