Last tuesday purchased a solar wrasse....initially my six line was not a fan of this addition...so the solar wrasse hid under a rock for wed/thur/fri....saturday was still hiding and then when I came home sat night he was out in the top corner of the tank....the six line would still swim towards him. Most of yesterday he was out but just still stayed in the top corner of the tank. Tonight I came home and he is still in the top corner but swimming up and down that side of the glass. he has been eating and when I fed tonight he did go out and seek out the food more actively. The six line seems more tolerant of him today. Still let nature take its course and see what happens, pull out the solar wrasse, i just want to do what is right...thanks

Solar wrasse is another name for Red Headed Solon. Cirrhilabrus solorensis to be exact.

Yup, the sixline won't mix with another wrasse at all I'm afraid.

The Solon will ultimately be bullied to death.

It could have been that they were introduced together, or the sixline was sub dominate. When a sixline is in a system alone, they become extremely territorial. Once you go there, it is impossible to undo. Even if the sixline did get along with other fish, at some point during it's maturation process it would likely snap and just bully other wrasses to death.
