    its a little bigger than a copepod so my camera cant focus on it... but my amazing drawing is as accurate as it will get lol!

    it has a light brown color to it and the lines are a darker brown and the circle is black... it slides/crawls across the glass but doesnt jump like copepods do. Almost thinking it is a flatworm but ive never seen a brown flatworm so what do you think?

    my guess would be some type of saltwater planaria. im pretty sure they can be different colors. so your guess is probably correct.

    alrighty! thank you for an id... now does this particular species pose a problem to my corals?

    Not directly. If they grow to plague proportions, they can "hang out" on a coral and block the light from getting to it.

    Sounds like acoel amphiscolops flatworms. Ive seen em in my sump....heres a pic....

    I picked up a few frags with them a while back, I tried to get them off with freshwater dips, but some must have made it into my display. Thankfully my chromis and 6-line wrasse pound them down like crazy.
