Small upgrade

    So I have have a 34g Solana and it is time to upgrade I have a very generous cousin that gave me a 120g tank. Thank you RemickJ I have had it a few months of piecing it together i have a 30g sump a large protein skimmer and 2 little giant pumps. So last night i filed it with water to watch it work thought i would share.

    Sweet tank! perfect size to keep just about anything you want. If i was you i would start looking at a better protein skimmer. to me it looks a little small to be skimming close to 150 gallons of water. By all means use that one if it works but that may be a future upgrade, if you were to do so.

    Whats your livestock ideas? I bet you could get a nice one together.

    Very nice setup. The sump is a good size. Not a good spot for a refugium in there though

    Yea I know I work with plexi so I think I might make one that flows in to my sump hope to get sand and rock in it this weekend if I get time I I cant wait to fill it with life as far as that I am not sure yet I know I am adding a yellow eye tang to the Fam that I have now

    Good luck. I am setting up a tank myself and I hope to get sand and water in this weekend too
