Yup it's temporarily on hold. Financing issues.

But hope to start getting stuff for it again in the next 2 months. In the mean time if I can get the LFS owner and friend of mine to come over and get 2 more holes drilled in it for the return that'd be great.

I'm planning on drilling the 2 extra holes for the return lines to go through the internal overflow and into the tank like ReefSparkey did here http://www.3reef.com/forums/i-made/reef-sparkys-18-x-18-x-18-nano-build-95329-2.html
    on his nano.

I've been busy with gardening and my new mixed flock of ducks a goose and a couple of chickens.

I Did get 2 Evo 1400s for half off from Big Al's and am hoping to win the Facebook photo contest to get a Vortek to go with them.
I'm also starting off BB so as to be able to start it sooner and gradually add dead sand as I can.

    I'm Baaaaaack...LOL

Good news....I'm supposed to be getting roommates next month, which will free up some funds to continue working on my tank. Woohoo, first off the overflow and rock, as they finally have the rock I want in again.

    Thanks.
I just priced the plastic for my overflow and should be about $33 including tax (which includes the glue).

I plan on using a dark gray pvc sheet (or may opt for the black acrylic) for the front with a clear acrylic bottom (it's a CTC using the BeanAnimial system).

I was going to use dark gray glass for the front with clear glass bottom but it's more expensive, heavier and the front would be translucent and I don't want to see the pipes.

And got a 40 breeder for the sump (thank you $1/gal sale :cool4: )

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Excellent, heck at this point I would be happy with a 40 gallon breeder. Looking forward to seeing the rock, is it branchy or knobby?

    Yup

    That bad eh?
I still have my 46 but my daughter took the nano with her (it has Pukani rock in it)
Oh and neither, it's lacy and for the same pounds of rock it'll take up 30-40 more volume than the Florida base rock (what reefcleaners sells and marco rocks) and it has more holes and nooks and crannies than the Florida base.

    Thanks.
