Never do water changes during cycling, it will prolong the process.

Get some live sand from a tank

    HI,
What helped me fly thru the cycle without alot of problems is to add fresh live sand from a exisiting seasoned tank, I added five pounds once week for a month I didn' see the problems at all.
You already have live rock this should be a big plus.
Are you skimming this helps reduce the amount of waste in solution.
Theres the long way that requires the build up om ammonia that cycles the anerobes to break down nitrogen. Most live rock has the ability to cycke some nitrogen.
You have shown that your water quality is pretty good watch that KH and calcium, don't be surprised if the coraline dies off a bit, this can add lots of phos.
Good Luck take it real slow cycle your lights I bought a pound timer at lowes it was a lot cheeper than thoses coral life timers, I plugged a pwoer strip in to the timer watch for excess alage that usally means a phos build up. A small reforguim and sump may also prevent any problems.

It can be done quicker its just more sensative to crash if you over feed.
