Skimmer Question

    What's the difference between an in sump skimmer and hang on the back skimmer? I know besides the placement. But effectiveness? Don't they both do equally a good job?

    As long as the flow through your sump isnt too fast i would say that the in sump skimmer is the best. If your flow is too fast then the skimmer dosent have enough time to "pull" what it can from the water. hope this helps.
