Skimmer Broke?!

    I have a Eshopps PSK 180 in sump protien skimmer on my 90 gallon reef
    It has been doing great for the past year or so and a couple days ago it just stopped bubbling!
    There are no clogs in the air line i double checked and cleaned it just in case
    The pump is still pumping water fine just not mixing any air into it? The cup is a little dirty as I have been away so I haven't cleaned it. Plan on doing that later today when I am done with work, but that should not be the cause of it.

    Please let me know how to fix it, or if you have ever experienced this, or any other advice you have.
    I want to get this fixed or, if I have to, replaced asap!

    Did you take apart the pump and inspect the inside?

    I am not either....

    But, I would check your impeller to make sure the magnet is in tack and there are no cracks or anything out of place.

    I had a skimmer that needed a good cleaning, I would have to blow into the air tube before the bubbles would start up. Give that a shot and see what happens...
