silversides? what to do with them?

    hey everyone just traded my first frag to a fellow local reefer some blue polyped birdsnest for a sick! purple haze monti pic to come later;D;D;D. but after that i went to the LFS to reup my buffer supplies.(esv) while i was there i picked up some whole silver sides looks like a minnow. lol now ive never fed food like this befor im not even sure who to feed it to?lol:-/ the corals the fish or both.?how often is the most you would feed a food like this? how much po4 and what not do these things contain? how much would you feed at a time.?

    i feed silversides to my seabea. I just defrost them and then take tongs and push into tenticals. Some times one falls out and narssarus snails eat them.

    Joking aside, you should research what your fish eat before buying something. Not knowing, that's the other half of the battle.. Go JOE!

    Anyway a lot of people feed silverside to their anemone's, I think it's expensive so I choose to buy fresh shrimp and scallops from the grocery store to feed mine.

    I wish I had $ like that to buy misc. frozen foods that I didn't need!

    i use minced krill but honestly I havent been feeding my anemone at all lately it's been growing at a great rate since it's last split so I've just been leaving it be

    Here all I can find is the huge pack and its like $15... so I'm not down with that - I don't feed it that much.

    I spent 5.00 and got a big bag of sea monkies and have been letting them mass produce themselfs into the mouths of my clown fishies. ;)
