Its the DAP Household Adhesive Sealant 100% Silicone.
It says Clear and Aquarium Safe right on the front.

It comes in a 2.8 oz tube.

If you want I can take a picture of it...just let me know.

How much is that small tube? I got 9.8 oz for $4 at walmart.

    I forget off hand....something like $2.88 maybe!?!
If they have that same exact stuff at Walmart then that looks like a better deal to me!

I just spent about 20 minutes googling the poop out of silicone II and found out that it is not reef safe even though it says 100% silicone. However Silicone I is reef safe.

I spent 10 minutes looking at tubes in walmart and none of them sad it had the antibacterial nonsense. I guess they changed their tubing labels....off to walmart...

The GE 1 I used on my tank and for several years in my tanks before say that it is not meant for aquarium use. That is only legalese to cover them.

GE1 is safe for tanks and only in recent years does it say "not for aquarium use" on it.
Other pure 100% silicone may be reef safe, but I know and trust the ge brand. IIRC, the AGA sealant IS GE1, just in a different tube, and more $$.

That's cool that DAP's lawyers allowed them to put it was safe for aquariums on it:)

Just got back from walmart and spent another 5 minutes reading more fine print (I'm off to the eye doctor due to this), and finally found where it says the Silicone II has the mold defender on it.

Yeah, the new tubes that came out a few months back are sneaky.

Yep, I spent 10 minutes looking for the "now with biogaurd" tag on the tube and couldn't find it the first time. I couldn't even find where the '*' next to "Silicon II" was at first.
