I just went to my lfs and bought a cleaner shrimp for my tank. I brought it home and introduced it to the tank as you do, It was fine for about 10 minutes then it stopped moving, started to fade in colour, fell off the rock and is now lieing upside down on the substrate. I tried giving it a little nudge but it didn't move at all. Iv never had a shrimp before, Is it dead ??
    My water is fine.

That would probably be your problem. Get it higher to around 24.

Unless you have something else that may eat it as a snack in another tank, yes flush him.

If you have a bigger yard it might be better if you bury him, I just believe flushing a fish is not a kind thing to do.
