lately ive been checking out my tank just after lights out and have noticed a lot of different worms as well as copepods and amphipods around my tank....some look like harmless bristle worms, spaghetti worms, some kind of translucent worm(or maybe a brittle star tentacle?) that stick out of holes in the rock and rock with the current and retract every so often, as well as some larger bristle worms and i was looking to find out if anything i have seen is of a threat or if they are all fine

From what you listed I wouldn't be worried. Are you seeing any very large worms (Over 4-5 inches)? The larger ones can potentially become a threat to fish at times but its very unlikely. If they are not "covering" the sand at night, I wouldn't be too concerned, but pictures would be needed to help identify, try changing your camera to take a very high ISO shot without any flash, and you could use a blue led light to help give some background light.

i saw one to be about 3.5 inches but i couldnt reach him, i would have removed just in case and they dont seem too bad from my understanding though is that most of them are good for cleaning the sand....i couldnt see the large one that well but he did look a little different from the rest, im just hoping he isnt a problem

Use a camera with a flash-it's what I do. First track with a low beam flash light though :)
