Do I just call their 800 number?

I guess I put too much faith in people that they will do their job correctly!

I did for fedex and i was angry yet polite. Got great service, they had a shift manager track the truck down and then pull it off and deliver it right away. (as in3 hours late anyway)

    Calling...on hold....

The driver has a heavier volume than expected and is delayed and the latest the package will be here is 7.

    Poor fishies...hang in there!!!

P.S. why didn't they just put this box on the other truck that got here around 1pm???

Not as bad as my experience today. Had about 300 worth of fish arriving. Paid to have it delivered by 10am because it's freaking cold here and I didn't want the fishies ro freeze. Constantly watching the fedex web page, at 10 all the sudden it says my package was delivered. Left on the front door. I go running outside, nothing. Call fedex sorry sir we don't know where your fish are. WTF. Drive around the block looking for the package. Can't find it. Call them again 30 minutes later. They're trying to reach the driver. Two hours later I call them again. After 10 minutes of hold they tell me someone reported that have the package but it will rake another hour to get the driver back there. I beg them for the address and run to where they left the package. I think to myself well it says live fish, someone found the box so it's def inside in the warmth. Yeah, no. The fish are outside and freezing. I run home float the bags but it's two late for two of my cardinals. Try froze to death. What a ****ing disaster :(.

    Ugggg!!! I'm sorry Kacy. :(

During Christmas I think it's safest to have them deliver to the FedEx office only.

I never even thought about it being an issue! I guess I figured since it was overnight that it would get here fine. I figure packages with standard shipping will take longer in December, but I didn't think overnight would.

    No more ordering in December!
