First lets speak in the same language ;)

Feather dusters are invertebrates thus they need to be kept at pretty constant temperatures. The major concern here for you seems to be the temperature of a pretty small tank. First that me speak in the Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. Max temp before things start to die in a reef tank are 84F or 28.8C. Most like to keep things under 82F or 27.8C. For fish you can be a bit higher BUT most ocean fish that we keep in this hobby live in temps that hover right at around 77F which is 25C. If you have trouble keeping your tank under 28.8C with no chiller and just fans in the summer then you will have problems even keeping fish. PH changes... so O2 changes etc when temperature swings high or low in a hurry. This effects fish less then other inverts and coral but still effects them.
If you keep a fish only tank don't put more then 5 med/ small fish in the size.
Lion fish.. even babies will eat all the other fish on your list. If you want him, he will need to be the only little guy in there.

6 line wrasse are one of the meanest fish IMO in the wrasse family. Since this is not a reef tank you should google NON-REEF SAFE WRASSE. Pick one of those there are tons to choose from many very beautiful and rare.

One wrasse of 3inches Max size and 2 firefish, or 2 clownfish. Or a wrasse, a blenny and 2 firefish. If you do clowns, a goby or blenny, and 2 firefish.

Anyway hope this helps a bit, and remember you need to keep you tank 29C or lower to have happy healthy fish, if you can't do it w/o a chiller, then you need to get a chiller... period.

a wrasse of 6 inches needs WAY more space than this tank. 2 more 2-3 inch fish will make a giant bioload.

the main problem with feather dusters in my opinion is you have to give them calcium i never knew that until one day i looked at it and its tube was trasparrent, so i moved it to my larger tank added calcium and now its tube is a a good brown color now.
so feather dusters are pritty easy to keep just feed them zooplex and put calcium in the tank

Thanks Heidi for giving this info in detail. well the temp i was sayin is with the lights on. so if i just add a few fans and only keep 1 actinic or blue on, the temp. wont be a prob. only if there is a party at home, ill on the other lights but at that time, even my A/C will be on. and as far as fishes, well i like colour, just 1 dwarf lion will be boring, so i guess 2 clowns, 1 firefish, 1 blenny, 1 goby, 1 shrimp and a few snails may be later a feather duster if i can keep temp. low. what say? I cant keep a chiller coz there is just no place where i can keep a chiller. i have a chiller on my reef tank. any suggestions on what to feed my shrimp as im not gona add LR.
