    well i found some better sand at petco, a great deal also. $7 for 10 pounds. How many pounds do you think i will need in a 40 gallon acrylic tank for a 2" sand bed? Thanks for all the help people

    keep in mind. really fine sand is not good if you want to add fish that burrow. such as jawfish.

    I have the sand that you posted on link, it is really fine soft sand, but with just a little flow it will create sand storm and I hate my self for not going with aragonite sand lol

    once again, im not getting the sand...... haha. anyways, how many pounds of sand should i put in the 40 galllon
