    My new gf has had her eye on a biocube 29 for awhile now.I found a used rsm 34g that I've wanted to upgrade to from my 29bc.I told her she can have my old one and she insisted on buying my new tank and taking my old 1.I told her mine was way more then what a 29 is worth.so we settled on her buying it from me but we can't settle on a price.what are your opinions.

    everyone is missing a HUGE question here!

    how long has she been your GF? hahaha

    just saying if your young, you never know how long these things last!

    Just let her buy the new one, the tanks will essentially be shared if you live together. So mine as well let her contribute! :p

    Depending on the relationship, I would;

    A) Give it to her and as other have said points are needed.

    B) Sell it to her for a much as you can wring out of her and break up with her. :)

    Personally I prefer answer B, as GF's/wives are too damn expensive the way it is.

    I'd give it to her as well.

    However, what you need to ask yourself is "Is the 5 gal diff between the RSM and the BC worth buying a new tank?"...to me, the 5 gal bump is pretty much nothing.

    I beg to differ somewhat. My 120g 4' vs the 125g 6'? :) That was a big difference to the fish.
