O i see. Dude you guys rock, ive learned so much i know more than the owners!!! Ah <3!!! I recently lost my bigger clown fish, and have6 fish left. I have a 150G tank and we just reduced or LR amount due to a freaking bristleworm INFESTATION! it seriosuly killed 9-10 inhabitants in our tank. I have a purple and yellow tang, A young Maroon Clown fish, a six line wrasse.... and two banggai's... so I was just wondering if the wrasse would be cleaning her up?

1+ to 3 weeks is way too early. I've had my tank running for 4 months and just put 1 clown fish in 2 days ago ...im trying to take my time i know its hard but it pays to wait

The scooter is the least of your worries.

There is no way you have cycled sufficiently in 3 weeks to have the bio-load (fish count) that you have. The Goby will probably die too. The clowns and damsel might make it as they are very hardy.

Read up on the cycle (search: "nitrogen cycle"). After that, you should only be adding one fish every 2-3 weeks max.

Scooters have a specialized diet as mentioned and often starve to death when people get them that haven't researched and prepared for their needs before hand.
