I am typically careful when cleaning my tank. I moved some LR around and I moved too much CC and the tank looks like a sand storm hit it. How much stress will this cause my fish and coral? I have to forms of filtration going so im sure in an hour tops it will be clear again I just want to make sure None of my lil guys will be overly stressed.

They should be fine as long as none of the sand was on the coral for a long time. Do you have any plate or open brain coral? Get as much flow as possible going in your tank though. :)

It won't affect the inhabitants. However, it is dangerous....to you. It will cause stress. Go into another room until it settles out.

lmao good one i agree! lol i put the flow on high! I also have the huge turkey baster so i'll use that to blow any sand off the coral once it settles.
