Saltwaterfish.com?

I have no experience with them, but Google "saltwaterfish.com reviews" and you will find many bad reviews and horrible experiences.

But again, I have no personal experience!

 

Ugh, read up and know your info before bashing a company.

Have you personally collected with the people who collect for them? Otherwise Id simmer.

Liveaquaria goes through and watches the people who collect for them, If they are collecting fish incorrectly in certain locations, they stop getting fish from that area of that type and what not.

Though I admire your love for your company as I love mine. But lay off things unless your gonna post the truth. K?

 

alot of aquarium websites have aweful reviews, if you buy a fish and it dies its not the websites fault, its not like they care for the fish for you. its your responsibility

 

this is truth, liveaquaria cant even compete for great service variety and prices

 

It's that people get half dead fish from them....

Alright boys and girls no fighting.

 

When I was new to the hobby and not even on 3reef.com yet.

I was ordering from SWF.com. New and oblivious. I ordered a Naso tang from them.

It came with Lymophocysts after working with a staff member. They sent me a QT fish by mistake. (It happens)

I was told to put it out and they gave me a credit :/

Great customer service if they would have told me and I would have researched that lymphocysts in fact is not curible, but wont kill the fish after you keep your params up and get it eating and it eventually goes away.

Would have been great to know then...

This is one reason persay why I am super bitter about the site.

 

I do agree...Read up on a site before going all crazy on it. That's why I'm trying to get peoples input here so I don't go bashing one website over another before I have the full details. I haven't ordered from liveaquaria, nor saltwaterfish yet but looking them up, asking around and doing research before choosing what company to go with helps a lot in receiving healthy livestock.

 

I personally have ordered almost everything thru saltwaterfish.com! and they have awesome service! plus you only have to spend like 90dlls to get free shipping! thats an A+++ for mee! I have ordered copepods, fish, food, salt, corals! and actually only one fish i ordered came with a disease, but customer service is great and i only had to take a picture of the fish and they credited my money back! and another good thing i can tell you about them is that they give you free stuff with each purchase like 10 hermit! or 10 snails or a certain coral frag! hahaha i know you might think i work for them or something but i dont lol! ive just had a great experience and I still buy from them!
