Saltwaterfish.com?

I havent had a good experience from them livestock wise, but customer service was great. I personally hate being stuck with a credit for a refund. And this was almost 2 years ago... so Not sure what it is like now.

I when order fish will stick to Aquarium Fish: Tropical Freshwater Fish and Saltwater Fish for Home Aquariums (particuarily divers den) and PetSolutions | Pet Supplies for All Pets Since 1950 Corals and other places there is an array of places to go to but those are my favorite for fish.

Mostly divers den! LOL

Ive ordered from them not once, twice or 3 times or 4... figuring i had bad luck. Got alot of diseased fish

(Lymphocysts, emaciated fish... and one came with ich)

I mean it happens everywhere, But I just wasnt a happy camper after 4 times in a row. So I gave up and bit the credit and bought inverts, which arrived well.

I ordered from them over the summer and they only shipped with one coldpack, ***? For what I paid in shipping, it was totally ridiculous. Needless to say, it was not good. Everything looked like Hell when it arrived, so I did my best drip acclimating to save them. Nothing survived. Then, I got the credit as well, which by the way does not count toward shipping of the next order, which is complete and total BS, and again nothing made it, not even their "mystery coral". I have never commented on them before, because I did not want them to all of a sudden "lose my credit", but now that I have already unsuccessfully used that, I have no such compunction. I can not state this anymore emphatically, "I will never order anything from them again, even if it was free!"
