If the sale page stated whether the RO/DI unit came with accessories like a tds meter, pressure gauge, etc. Than I would have no complaints. The fact that you have to navigate away from the sale page to find out what you're buying is awkward.
You can see all of the stuff on the unit in the picture. Also, it's a sale page that not everyone can even see. If you go look at their real product pages, there's enough information to fill 2 sheets printed written about every single unit, which would make the sale page completely unwieldy to use or browse, especially given its purpose - to show cheap prices on products for existing customers who are familiar with their product line before visiting said page. Notice it's called "customer appreciation", and not a "new customer" up in the address bar?. (I'm a web designer)

IMO 30.00 is high for shipping.
