Alright everyone I am back. I got the air, water, ice adapter since everything else wasnt working. It fit like a dream on my cold water valve. I am super excited, except now the "pure water tube" coming out of the last DI filter is leaking. I have a pic attached of the exact place and hoping someone might have some pointers.

Correction: its the actual tube part that is leaking, not the threaded portion of it.

I've heard that if there isn't a clean cut on the end of the tube that can cause a bad seal inside, you could pull out the tubing and make sure it's a nice cut on the end, then reseat it, make sure it's solidly in there.

Just double checked and even tried a 2nd tube I had, both with clean cuts. Same leak problem for both. I am about 99% sure its the screw on piece that connects the 1/4 tube.

I have heard that collets go bad. Collets are the circles that go around the tubing and create the clamp that hold the tubing in place. These are cheap too and easy to replace. A good test would be pull that collet out and test it with another that isnt leaking. That way at least your on the right track.

Replaced the collet and no more leaking! The filter is now finally making water for the aquarium!
