RO/DI Container for top off

    Hey guys, I saw these translucent white 5 gallon buckets at home depot which says "Food Grade Materials" on it. I am wondering if I can use it for my RO/DI water sump to go with the Auto top off system that's installed. I do not want the bucket leaching any phosphates into the RO/DI water (Since I read that they will leach bad chemicals much quicker than tap water etc.). Let me know

    I use their Brute trash can for mixing my water in. I would think its ok. Just test the TDS level of the water in the bucket. Keep it in for a few days then test and see
