RKL Issues help

Hey All,
I traded some work with a local reefer for a RKL. When I got it home i plugged it in, it worked and it was still set up for his system. I factory reset it. I downloaded myreef 2.0 and hooked up the RKL. Everything needed to be updated. After attempting to update and having issues with the updates i unplugged everything and was just going to set everything manually. When I plugged the head unit into the pc4 to turn it on, the head unit was not responding. all the lights on the top line of the head unit are lit when plugged into the pc4 but are very, very faint. almost not on at all. its too late to call support and the DA support forum told me to contact support but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or an idea what I did to this.
