    Hi Everyone:wave:
Its been a long time since I originally asked a few questions on here about starting a tank & seeing as its been going for about 18months now I figured I would share some pics & info

My tank is a 4x2x2 with a closed loop for flow & Calfo full width overflow with Beananimal drains & failsafe.
I use a Reeflo Hammerhead as the closed loop pump with Eductors to help with flow ( Although Im going to change this soon as the Eductors are ugly looking & in the way)
Lighting is 2 x 120w BS Leds Consisting of 54 White leds, 53 Blue leds & 12 Purple leds.
Sump is 4ft with a skimmer,Return & DSB config,I use a 5000lph return pump & another 5000lph pump that feeds a chiller outside plus a 120lt waterchange vessel & a 200lt drum with RO water for auto topup.
I use 2 FBF 1 for Activated carbon & 1 for PO4 removal with Rowaphos.
I also have a 2x2x2 cube next to the 4ft that will be used for a FOWLR with fish that aren't reefsafe

    Hi
    Thanks for looking
Yes the pipe in front is a closed loop with Eductors on it,which Im going to change very shortly to a overhead manifold to give me more room & to look a whole lot better.

    Hi
Heres a picture of the complete setup, its a bit of a mess at the moment but I want to be sure I have everything done before I clad the stand & make a hood, which is just as well as Ive changed a few things over the last 18 months & wouldnt have been able to do it if I had finished the stand.

I've been looking at some old photos & its incredible how much things have changed & grown especially the Coralline that's gone nuts since I started using a dosing pump to dose for Calc,Alk & Mag & the levels have been stable.

Very cool looking system. I love the camera shots of you corals, very clear! I have a blue back ground on my 29 gallon and I am setting up a 55 gallon thinknig about black on the back of that. Do you like the black on the back?

    Hi
To answer your question yes I do like the black background I believe it gives a deception of depth & when the coralline grows on it I think the pink on black looks great.
I used signwriters vinyl on the back & its good stuff to work with & looks good.
