Currently I only have 4 fish in my 20 gallon nano. Is it ok to reuse frozen food (cube kind)?. I only use 1/8 of a cube twice per week. Can I use the cube later on next week assuming that the cube will be in the ziplock bag in the freezer? Will my fish get sick from eating it next week or possibly 2 weeks later? Not sure if it's safe or not.....

Only thing I look for is freezer burn if I hold on to cubes I've taken out of their orginal packaging.

If the cubes are freezer burned, I guess I can't use it?

The best thing to do and I have done this is pull a frozen cube out and cut it with a knife. Put the piece that you aren't going to use back in the tray and put in a ziplock bag. You shouldn't get freezer burn if you use the same cube for the next couple feedings just make sure that you pull it out of the freezer, cut it and put it right back in the freezer.
If it is freezer burned I personally would not use it. I have cut up an entire tray before and put it back in the freezer without any issues.

When I was feeding frozen, I liked to mix several types together for variety. I'd thaw 1 cube of each, mix thoroughly, then refreeze in a small, flat, airtight container. I could then break or cut off what I needed without freezing, thawing, freezing, thawing...

I now feed Ocean Nutrition Formula One and Prime Reef flakes; has all the variety my fish need, it's a lot less messy, and they love it.

+1 I have done this as well.

Also, look into frozen packs made for nanos. The cubes are half the size of regular ones.

How about you cut the frozen cube and put it back in the freezer until later the week? I'm afraid after that long, your fats and proteins are denatured, your antioxidants are gone and all your vitamin and minerals will seep out in the "juice".

Yes, your fish will live, but having a fat fish that lives doesn't indicate health.
