    The old saying is you get what you pay for, but seems like the same refractometers are for sale on Amazon and BRS and other reef speciality sites, but Amazon goes for $20-25 and the marine/reef sites go for $40-50. Is there really a difference in the refractometers they are selling? Anyone have recommendations on where to purchase a reliable one?

    I've been using a cheap amazon type for quite a few years with no issue.
