    I was in your same predicament just a few weeks ago, unfortunately all the information I found of people actually using the GE Silicone was prior to the new redesign of the container, and a "formula" change was rumored to be included in the overall change.

    I bit the bullet and paid out the extra $$ for some DAP aquarium silicone, just to be sure. Interesting note on the DAP stuff, online it states it too is mildew resistant.

    Hmm that's interesting. Mabe ill run just the dump with afew snails and se mollies in it for a week to be sure its safe
