Reef pets frag plug?

    OK first of all I love all of the frags I received from reef pets. The question is how do you cut there plugs. They look like golf tees and I want my coral closer to the rocks. I used the putty for some but then the coral is way up in the air. Can these be cut or other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    I'm not familiar with reef pets, but if their plugs are like all other plugs I've seen you can cut them with a large pair of tile cutters.

    Use a dremel with a diamond rotary wheel.
