Is anyone running this light on there reef tank with corals.
The 36" to 48" Reef Capable LED Lighting System includes 36 10,000K 1 watt LEDs, 6 460nm Actinic 1 watt LEDs, and produces a whopping 2610 lumens of light output.Made by marineland. My tank is 22 inches deep.

I am interested in these also, i was looking at the 48-60" system. I read somewhere that these leds in this system arent that bright though.

They have one on a 90 gallon at a local LFS. Its ok but the lens give a spotlight look and doesn't cover the whole tank. They are considering putting another one on the tank for the full effect.

They give a nice look in your tank but in my opinion the 1w leds are not powerful enough to penetrate to 24". If you have LPS on the substrate or are considering them I'd go with the Rapid LED kits or 3 Boost LED bulbs. They are inexpensive and are 3w cree which will penetrate to that depth. JM2C ;)
