reef cleaners shipment.

so i just order my cleanup crew from reef cleaners. its my first time using paypal and all went well. Except for the fact that according to the reefcleaners website, i have no orders under my account maintenance. the email i received stated that my order was pending, i then paid it, then i recieved an email saying my order was confirmed. I cant find a link to any sort of tracking # or anything in my email or in my account on the website(do they do this?). So my questions are;

1) Once i recieved an email stating my order was confirmed, is that just final? and i should recieve it in a few days?

2) Also, if it was confirmed today, will it ship today and be traveling over weekend?

 

On his page, John updates when the next orders will be sent out. He will most likely be shipping Monday and you will get a tracking number Monday night

 

I'd be willing to bet, Monday. My last purchase took a few days before it was shipped. It may take them a little while to ship out, but you won't be disappointed!

 

k. i also ordered a metal halide from fishneedit, and it says you have to be there to sign for it when FedEx arrives. Am i able to have someone (roommate) sign for me? Thanks very much for the help, i rarely buy things online.

Yes, unless it specifically states that YOU have to sign for it, anyone can sign for a package. It is just a formal acknowledgement that something was delivered.

 

dammit. My package was shipped to the wrong address. I figured it just was taking a while in shipping. It shipped monday and i will be getting it from that address in a few hours. do you think anything is still alive? this really suck, im kind of pissed off at the moment....

 

probably. I got mine and it looked like usps had jumped up and down on it! i guess thats what happens when something has fragile on it.

you're kind of asking the wrong person... ask John directly - just reply to any of the mails you got from the website, he'll respond. He's real good about getting to mails within a day or so (usually)

 

yea i did, just waiting for a response. man this blows, i was so looking forward to it. family fail also for not letting me know i had a damn package!!!
