red worm?

I bought a 5lb of live rock from a local reefer. I noticed it has some red looking worms. I was going to say brittle worm or bristle worm, but it was red? pictures not avalible

but some of them were like 1-2mm long, while 2 of them are little under a inch or a inch

 

flat worm????

 

i dono, i need to have a better look at it. Are flatworms bad?

 

and it didnt look flat, it was rounded
