Hey, I was feeding my fish when I saw something sticking out of under one of my rocks, I have no idea what it is! At first I though it was algae, but then i saw it reach for a food pellet and pull it towards the center! I don't know whether this is dangerous or not, but if it is, I want to get rid of it ASAP. Its moving and eating, so maybe its some sort of parasite? IDK. Help!

Pretty sure they are worms, I have them reaching out of my sand and rock. So far there has been zero damage to my coral and other inverts.
